- Have no scratches, damage, or signs of use

Non-Eligible Items
We cannot accept refunds or exchanges for:
- Watches that have been worn or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging
- Orders requested after the 7-day period

If you would like to exchange your watch for another model, we will process the exchange once the original item has been received and approved.
