7-Day Refund & Exchange Policy
At Chronolux, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, the following conditions must be met:
Before receiving and paying for your watch, you must carefully inspect the item to ensure it is in perfect condition.
Once you confirm the condition upon delivery, any issues discovered afterward must be reported within the first 7 days to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements
The watch must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
All protective films, tags, and seals must still be attached.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, including the premium box and any accessories.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
You may exchange your watch for another model or the same model (if available).
If the new item has a price difference, you will either be refunded the difference or charged the remaining balance.

Items returned with missing packaging or accessories
